Welcome to Kraftmex. By accessing and placing an order on our platform, you automatically agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. General Use

* By using Kraftmex, you agree to comply with all guidelines and policies of the respective social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

* Kraftmex operates independently and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for the internal enforcement of policies, account limitations, or restrictions applied by third-party social media networks.

2. Service Delivery

* Delivery speeds stated in our catalog are approximations. During server maintenance or high-traffic periods, orders may experience temporary delays.

* You agree not to change your username, privacy settings (turning accounts to private), or delete the target post while an order is active. Doing so will disrupt the automated delivery process.

3. Prohibited Content

* We strictly prohibit the use of our services for accounts or posts containing hate speech, graphic violence, adult content, harassment, or illegal material. We reserve the right to terminate any order violating these terms without prior notice.

Refund Policy

At Kraftmex, we strive to ensure a reliable and automated experience. Please carefully review our financial and refund conditions:

1. Balance Deposits

* All deposits made via cryptocurrency or credit/debit cards are final. Once a deposit is successfully processed, the funds are automatically added to your internal account balance at Kraftmex.

* No refunds will be made to your original payment method (such as your crypto wallet or card bank account). The balance must be used exclusively to acquire services within our platform.

2. Order Cancellations and Adjustments

* If an order cannot be processed or completed due to server saturation or API updates, the system will automatically cancel the request. The full amount of the unfulfilled order will be instantly returned to your internal Kraftmex account balance.

* No-Refund Conditions: No refunds (partial or full) or balance returns will be granted if:

  * The target account or post is set to Private after placing the order.

  * The user enters an invalid, misspelled, or broken link.

  * The content or account is deleted by the user or the social media platform during delivery.

  * The user opens multiple simultaneous orders for the same link before the first one is completed.

* To access our dashboard and services, we collect basic registration data, including your email address and username.
